Tecnoal continuously invests in production technologies, infrastructure, and expertise to effectively meet the requirements of an evolving industrial market. Machinery includes more than twenty CNC machining centers of various sizes and configuration, both vertical and horizontal, managed through integrated CAD-CAM systems. This enables the direct conversion of the customer’s design into the production process, improving accuracy, reducing the risk of error, and optimizing efficiency even for complex geometries.
Production capabilities are complemented by TIG, MIG, and Friction Stir Welding (FSW) technologies, enabling the manufacturing of high-reliability aluminum structural components and assemblies, suitable for applications subject to severe mechanical and thermal loads.
